The Guest Experience

At Boho Bead Bar, guests will design their own customized bracelets by first selecting specialty beads such as natural stone intention beads, personalized initial beads and every bead style in between. Then they will scoop at the bar to create their unique bead blend and watch as their bracelets are made using our signature bead spinner technique. We love watching guests smiling and laughing while they design their customized bracelets with friends and family creating meaningful pieces to commemorate the event!

Custom Favors

We also offer custom favors and we will work with the event host to create a special signature bracelet to be given to their guests as favors. Giving Boho Bead Bar bracelets is a thoughtful and meaningful way for everyone to remember the occasion and the special people they shared it with. Beautiful gift packaging chosen by the host is included in all custom favor orders.

Private Event FAQ

● Will my guests be beading or crafting at my event to create their bracelets?
--- No! Guests will design their bracelets at the bead bar and watch as we make them using our signature bead spinner technique. We call it interactive entertainment!

● Will my guests need any experience to design their bracelets?
--- No! Guests only need to bring their creativity and their own style to the bead bar to create their bracelets.

● What materials are Boho Bead Bar bracelets made from?
--- We use glass and metal beads, natural stone crystals and beads and memory wire to create elevated wrap-style bracelets. We do not use stretch cord or plastic beads.

● What ages and styles work best for the bead bar?
--- The bead bar is for ALL ages and styles! We are so proud to offer a carefully curated collection of beads and we have something for everyone. We do ask that children under age 7 are supervised at the bead bar.

● Do I need a lot of space to set up the bead bar in my home or event venue?
--- No! We can operate from one six-foot table with a two-foot perimeter free from all traffic. That's it!

● Is there a guest minimum?
--- We do have a 10 person minimum for private events.

● What if I have a tight budget? Where does pricing start?
--- Regular pricing starts at $25 per person but we are happy to create custom packages for any budget! We are VERY creative!

● What is included for each guest?
--- Guests will design one, two or three bracelets at the bead bar or they can choose a finished piece if they don't want to design their own. We can also include custom packaging, wrapping, signage, customized tags etc. to coordinate with your event theme.
